Custom Order 2" thick walnut magnetic knife rack.

This customer found me on etsy and needed a knife rack that was 2" thick due to some molding(wood trim) in her kitchen area that was a limiting factor for my 1 inch thick model. I created this by first cutting a thin veneer from the front of the block, then cut my channel for magnets from the new front

and glued the veneer over top once the blocking and magnets were in.

Custom Desk in Reclaimed Doug Fir

I made this piece custom for myself. as the doorway to get upstairs in our weird old building is only 22.5 inches wide. It kind of limits furniture options, but I really needed a desk and workspace up here. All the hardware is reused and free to me, as was the wood. You just have to be in the right place at the right time.
